What can I expect?

The very first step is to book a free 15 minute phone chat with me, where we’ll discuss your goals, challenges, health concerns, and any questions you may have. Once this call is done, we will move into the intake process which will allow me to collect key information in order to start building a plan perfectly tailored to you.

Prior to our initial appointment, I will send you some forms for you to fill out. These forms have detailed lifestyle and nutrition questions for you to answer and are valuable tools for me to identify imbalances in your nutrition. When we first meet, I will review the forms with you and supply you with my recommendations to get started.
