Hello, friends. I’m Ingrid.

For most of my adult life I’ve been enthusiastic about how food and lifestyle relate to good mental health. As a young mom who battled with panic disorder and anxiety, I had a personal investment in maintaining my own health and a strong desire to overcome these challenges in a natural and sustainable way.

After years of educating myself on the relationship between the food we eat and good mental health and using real food and key nutrients to protect my resilience to stress and anxiety, I finally studied for and attained the certification to become a registered holistic nutritionist so that I can help others.

My goal is to empower you to improve your mental health using nutrient dense foods, natural supplementation, and lifestyle recommendations. Anxiety and panic have become just a memory for me, and I’d love to help you achieve that in your life, too! Whether you’re looking for an alternative to pharmaceuticals, or as a complement to your existing treatment, I’d love to help.

I can work with you to assess your nutritional needs, provide a food and nutrient plan to help adjust your diet, and assist you in learning new habits and making smart food choices to improve your physical and mental health.
